The Ides of March are Upon Us....

....and it is windier than hell outside! Yesterday we had another doctors appointment. All is well with the baby. I am finally starting to feel him and it was confirmed yesterday as the doctor was using the doppler to hear the heartbeat. There were a few times while we were listening when suddenly you would hear a scratchy noise like the kid kicked the doppler and she said, "Did you hear that, that was him moving" but while I could hear it, I could also feel it at the same time it happened. Just a fluttery feeling like butterflies in the stomach. So that makes me happy! It has been him that I have been feeling all along. His heartbeat is strong and soon I'll have to take the one hour glucose test which checks to see if I've developed gestational diabetes. I am not looking forward to it! Also-after next months visit, I start going every 2 weeks instead of 4.

Another good thing yesterday is that our photographers finally finished our wedding album. We picked up our album, parent albums, and cds of all our images. They are fantastic! I am really proud of the beautiful work our photographers did. Here are 2 of my favs:

The pictures are beautiful! I really love the black & white one a lot!!

I can remember being about 6-7 months pregnant and all of a sudden I could feel a ripple in my tummy, and sure enough, she'd roll over or strech or kick. It was amazing!

It really is amazing. I'm sure I'll miss it after he's born.
